New Programs & Elite Coaches Now at NextLevel Volleyball Youth

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our training programs and the arrival of four elite coaches — offering specialized clinics for players at every level.

We are excited to share some big news at NextLevel Volleyball: we have launched a full lineup of specialized training programs and welcomed four elite coaches to our team. Whether you are a young athlete just finding your footing or a rep player pushing for the next level, there is now a program designed specifically for you. New Programs Now Available Development Class (Ages 10–14) Perfect for school team players or athletes with solid volleyball foundations who are ready to take the next step toward rep volleyball. This program builds on core fundamentals and prepares players for competitive tryouts. Setting Clinic (13U–17U) Setting is one of the most technical and impactful skills in the game. This advanced clinic is tailored for current setters looking to elevate their performance and for players who want to step into the setter role at the rep level. Hitting Clinic (13U–17U) Designed for rep outside hitters, right-side, and middle players, this clinic focuses on developing a stronger, smarter, and more effective attack — approach mechanics, arm swing timing, and shot selection. Defense Clinic (13U–17U) Built for rep players who want to sharpen their defensive game. Whether you play a back-row position or are a libero aiming to reach your full potential, this clinic covers positioning, reading hitters, and platform control. Private & Semi-Private Training (14U–18U) For players who want focused, personalized coaching, we offer private and semi-private sessions with our national-level coaches. Small groups mean more reps, more feedback, and faster improvement. Meet Our Coaches Nikolina Malic — Setter Specialist A former European Professional League setter and McMaster University Women's Volleyball setter, Nikolina brings elite technical knowledge and a passion for developing the next generation of setters. Victoria D'Acre — Libero & Defense Specialist A former Team Canada (U18/U20) libero and UBC Women's Volleyball athlete, Victoria is a two-time U Sports National Champion (2023 & 2024). Her training sessions are renowned for building rock-solid defensive fundamentals. Erika Vermette — Hitting Specialist Erika competed at the Beach World Championships and Youth Olympic Games (2018), and is also a two-time U Sports National Champion with UBC (2023 & 2024). Her expertise in approach, arm swing, and attack options gives players a genuine competitive edge. Jennifer Zhu — All-Around Skills Coach A former Waterloo University Women's Team outside hitter, Jennifer brings strong fundamentals across all aspects of the game, making her ideal for players seeking well-rounded development.
